Agar hal ini tidak terus berlanjut, ia berharap Pemkab Paser segera menyelesaikan pembayarannya.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, pada bulan April 2016 lalu, Yusran bersama warga pemilik lahan sudah mengajukan tagihan pembayaran dengan Pemkab Paser, dan saat itu mereka dijanjikan akan dibayar tiga bulan kedepan. Tapi sayangnya pembayaran ganti rugi lahan akses jalan itu tak kunjung ada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita sudah mengajukan pembayaran dengan pemda bulan empat tahun lalu, nah waktu itu katanya akan dibayar tiga bulan kemudian, tapi kita tunggu sampai sekarang belum ada juga,&#8221; kata Yusran, Rabu (5\/4) didampingi pemilik lahan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pemilik lahan berharap agar Pemkab Paser segera menindaklanjuti persoalan tersebut, sehingga portal bisa segera dibuka. Jika ini terus berlanjut, penghuni Perumahan KORPRI Union 2 akan kesulitan mendapatkan akses keluar masuk membawa kendaraan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau sampai hari ini pemerintah belum ada datang memberi kejelasan mengenai pembayaran ganti rugi tanah kita, besok semua akses masuk ke perumahan itu kita tutup, sekarang ini ada empat titik yang kita portal,&#8221; kata Yusran.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, lokasi akses jalan yang belum dibayar itu terdapat di dua titik, dan kedua lokasi itu hampir berukuran sama, yakni 8 x 200 meter dan harga ganti ruginya pun hampir sama, yaitu Rp 120 juta. &#8220;Kedua jalan itu ukuran dan harga ganti ruginya hampir sama,&#8221; katanya.
