{"id":1335,"date":"2017-05-04T11:57:26","date_gmt":"2017-05-04T11:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=1335"},"modified":"2017-05-04T12:03:48","modified_gmt":"2017-05-04T12:03:48","slug":"paser-serius-perangi-segala-bentuk-kekerasan-terhadap-perempuan-dan-anak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2017\/05\/04\/paser-serius-perangi-segala-bentuk-kekerasan-terhadap-perempuan-dan-anak\/","title":{"rendered":"Paser Serius Perangi Segala Bentuk Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan dan Anak"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROT &#8211; Bupati Paser H Yusriansyah Syarkawi mengatakan, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Paser secara serius memerangi segala bentuk kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut disampaikan dalam sambutan bupati pada acara pembukaan Rakorda Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PP&amp;PA) se-Kalimantan Timur yang berlangsung di Pendopo, Rabu (3\/5\/17) malam.<\/p>\n<p>Dihadapan Kepala Biro Perencanaan dan Data Kementerian PP &amp; PA, dan juga Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra Setda Provinsi Kaltim Dr Meiliana, Yusriansyah mengatakan, sejak adanya kelembagaan baru di Paser yang menangani PP &amp; PA, geliat pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak semakin terlihat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPemerintah bersama seluruh organisasi dan mitra binaannya, membangun serta meningkatkan kualitas perempuan dengan sasaran utama perempuan di pedesaan, karena relatif masih banyak minim ketrampilan dan pengetahuan, terlebih tentang perlindungan perempuan dan anak,\u201d kata Yusriansyah.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, kasus KDRT, kenakalan remaja dan pelecehan seksual terhadap anak masih kerap terjadi di Kabupaten Paser. Untuk mencegah hal itu, Pemkab Paser terus melakukan berbagai cara, baik melalui lintas sektor, P2TP2A, organisasi sosial maupun aparat terkait, sekaligus menjamin kepastian hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Yusriansyah, Ada dua Perda telah dibuat Pemkab dan DPRD Paser sebagai implementasi dari UU Perlindungan Anak Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 dan UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan UU Perlindungan Anak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dua perda itu adalah, Perda nomor 5 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindunga Anak, dan Perda nomor 6 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Perempuan Terhadap Tindak Kekerasan,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, kata Yusriansyah berkat usaha dan kerja keras semuanya maka Paser telah dianugrahi oleh Gubernur Kaltim, Panji Keberhasilan Kalimantan Timur selama tiga tahun berturut-turut yakni 2014, 2015 dan 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Termasuk dalam rangka Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA) Kabupaten Paser pada tahun 2013 dan tahun 2015 juga mendapatkan penghargaan dari Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, walaupun masih dalam Kategori Pratama,\u201d katanya.
