Selain semua izin itu bisa diurus di DPMPTSP, kegiatan ini juga menandai pengurusan izin benar-benar satu pintu,\u201d kata Kepala DPMPTSP Madju P Simangunsong.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Madju, pada saat DPMPTSP masih berbentuk badan, hanya ada 62 perizinan yang dilayani. Tapi karena sekarang sudah berbentuk dinas, maka izin-izin yang sudah ada di DPMPTSP maupun yang ada di instansi teknis semua diurus di DPMPTSP. Pelimpahan perizinan tersebut untuk memudahkan pemohon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDulu berbentuk badan, lembaga teknis daerah yang sifatnya koordinatif, tak punya kewenangan untuk menerbitkan. Makanya dulu tidak satu pintu, karena pemohon yang mengurus sendiri rekomendasi ke instansi teknis, setelah jadi dinas dan izinya dilimpahkan baru kita bisa menerbitkannya,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Meski DPMPTSP yang menerbitkan izin, rekomendasi layak atau tidaknya pemohon mendapat izin tetap menjadi kewenangan dinas teknis. Siapa yang mengurus rekomendasi ke instansi teknis? Itu tugas DPMPTSP, sehingga permohonan masuk hingga izin itu terbit di satu pintu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Contoh mengurus Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), tentu dilengkapi dulu persyaratan yang ditentukan, setelah itu baru permohonannya dikoordinasikan ke instansi teknis. Jika instansi teknis memberikan rekomendasi, maka DPMPTSP akan menerbitkan izinnya,&#8221; terangnya.
