Sedangkan untuk memulai rapat paripurna dibutuhkan 20 anggota yang hadir.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat tertundanya rapat itu, Wakil Bupati HM Mardikansyah yang hadir bersama pimpinan Perangkat Daerah (PD) harus menunggu. Namun sebagian dari mereka juga ada yang memilih meninggalkan ruangan untuk kembali ke kantor masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah menunggu selama empat jam, rapat paripurna akhirnya dilaksanakan sekitar pukul 15.00 Wita, karena jumlah anggota sudah terpenuhi. DPRD akhirnya menyetujui APBD-P Paser tahun 2017 sebesar Rp.1,9 Triliun lebih.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara menurut anggota Badan Anggaran DPRD Paser Hendrawan Putra mengatakan, terkait alotnya persetujuan yang sempat tertunda dikarenakan adanya perbedaan persepsi, meski sebelumnya pada rapat badan anggaran setiap perwakilan komisi telah menyetujui APBD-P itu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Meskipun rapat paripurna ini sempat tertunda, tapi Alhamdulilah yang penting sudah disetujui,&#8221; ujar Hendrawan.
