Sisanya, menurut Ketua Tim Fasilitasi Pelaksanaan CSR, Ir. I Gusti Putu Suantara, M.Si yang juga Kepala Bappeda Paser, akan diberikan peringatan.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, pihaknya sudah melakukan upaya maksimal kepada para perusahaan itu, dengan cara menyurati agar melaksanakan CSR dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan CSR tersebut. Karena dalam aturan ada langkah-langkah yang bisa ditempuh jika perusahaan tidak melaksanakan program CSR.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sekarang ini langkah yang kita tempuh adalah, kita akan memberikan peringatan tertulis, kalau juga tidak ada reaksi, pemerintah bisa melakukan pembatasan kegiatan usaha, ijin tidak diperpanjang atau bahkan bisa saja sampai ijinnya dicabut,&#8221; kata Putu, Rabu (8\/11\/17).<\/p>\n<p>Ditegaskan, setiap penanam modal wajib melaksanakan CSR, termasuk BUMN sebagaimana yang diatur UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN dan diperjelas dengan UU Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal, serta UU Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas.
