Jika pembangunan kualitasnya tidak baik, masyarakat bisa langsung berbicara,\u201d kata Ibnu Mansyah.<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan kata Ibnu, masyarakat tidak segan membantu dana secara swadaya bila pembangunan berbasis kecamatan itu kekurangan dana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDalam P3BK yang dilaksanakan, tidak jarang masyarakat mengeluarkan dana swadaya tambahan kalau pembangunan itu kekurangan dana,\u201d ujar Ibnu Mansyah.<\/p>\n<p>P3BK juga kata dia merupakan progam untuk menampung aspirasi masyarakat yang tidak terakomodir dalam Musyawarah Pembangunan (Musrenbang) tingkat Kecamatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetiap warga di desa yang tidak terakomodir aspirasinya, bisa mengusulkan pembangunan melalui P3BK,\u201d ujar Ibnu Mansyah.
