{"id":2440,"date":"2018-02-13T14:15:29","date_gmt":"2018-02-13T14:15:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=2440"},"modified":"2018-02-13T14:15:29","modified_gmt":"2018-02-13T14:15:29","slug":"desa-di-paser-belengkong-munculkan-213-usulan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2018\/02\/13\/desa-di-paser-belengkong-munculkan-213-usulan\/","title":{"rendered":"Desa di Paser Belengkong Munculkan 213 Usulan"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROT &#8211; Sebanyak 15 desa di Kecamatan Paser Belengkong, Kabupaten Paser, Kaltim mengusulkan 213 pembangunan untuk tahun 2019, jenis usulan itu diantaranya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, jembatan, pembangunan irigasi, sarana pendidikan, kesehatan, lampu penerangan, perbaikan sarana wisata, dan pembuatan embung desa.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut terungkap dalam Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan (Musrenbang), Selasa (13\/2\/18) di Kecamatan Paser Belengkong yang digelar di Aula Kecamatan, dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Aji Sayid Fathur Rahman.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan itu juga dihadiri Kepala Bappeda I Gusti Putu Suantara, Anggota DPRD Dapil Paser Belengkong Abdur Rauf, Camat Paser Belengkong Ibnu Mansyah, Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), serta unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Kecamatan setempat.<\/p>\n<p>Berkesempatan itu, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Paser Aji Sayid Fathur Rahman mengatakan, prioritas pembangunan pemerintah daerah merujuk pada visi dan misi Pemerintah Kabupaten yang tertuang dalam RPJMD.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPrioritas pembangunan seperti infrastruktur, transportasi, air bersih, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pertanian. Usulan juga harus dilihat dan disesuaikan kewenangan masing-masing, apakah itu harus ditangani oleh Pemerintah Daerah atau Pemerintah Desa,&#8221; kata Fathur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cItu terkait pembagian kewenangan. Jika itu kewenangan desa, itu dikembalikan ke desa artinya bisa didanai melalui dana desa seperti jalan lingkungan. Tapi jika tidak, maka didanai oleh Pemerintah Daerah,\u201d kata Fathur Rahman.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tujuannya agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan dan alokasi anggaran antara APBD Kabupaten dengan APBDes. Kalau kita membangun, padahal itu menjadi kewenangan desa, kita dianggap salah,\u201d sambungnya.<\/p>\n<p>Fathur Rahman berharap kepada OPD yang ada, dapat menyerap usulan para Kepala Desa, untuk kemudian menjadi bahasan dalam program prioritas Pemerintah Daerah Tahun 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, kesempatan yang sama Kepala Bappeda Paser, I Gusti Putu Suantara mengatakan, setelah rampung musrenbang di 10 kecamatan, kemudian Pemerintah Daerah akan menggelar Musrenbang Kabupaten atau Forum Perangkat Daerah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNanti dibahas lagi di forum Perangkat Daerah. Dari situ kita bisa tahu mana yang prioritas di masing-masing OPD, kemudian dilanjut pembahasan di tingkat Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) untuk dituangkan menjadi APBD Paser 2019,\u201d terangnya.
