{"id":2469,"date":"2018-02-22T05:54:16","date_gmt":"2018-02-22T05:54:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=2469"},"modified":"2018-02-22T10:26:25","modified_gmt":"2018-02-22T10:26:25","slug":"apel-kapolres-paser-minta-linmas-diperhatikan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2018\/02\/22\/apel-kapolres-paser-minta-linmas-diperhatikan\/","title":{"rendered":"Apel, Kapolres Paser Minta Linmas Diperhatikan"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROT &#8211; Apel Kesiapan anggota Linmas dalam rangka pengalaman pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Kaltim 2018 berlangsung di lapangan Mapolres Paser, Kamis (22\/2\/18) pukul 08.30 Wita, jalan Jend Sudirman Tanah Grogot, Kabupaten Paser, Kaltim.<\/p>\n<p>Apel yang dipimpin langsung Kapolres Paser AKBP Roy Satya Putra, diikuti oleh sejumlah personil, diantaranya personil Polres Paser, Kodim 0904\/TNG, Brimob Kompi A Subden 3 Pelopor, Linmas, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) dan Senkom Mitra Polri.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sambutan Kapolres Paser pada acara tersebut mengatakan, apel kesiapan anggota Linmas ini sengaja dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kesiapan dalam pelaksanaan pengalaman pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Kaltim 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita ketahui bahwa pengamanan pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur ini tidak mungkin hanya dilaksanakan kepolisian saja, oleh karenanya apel kesiapan ini guna membangun sinergi pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan yaitu antara Polri, TNI dan Satuan Linmas,&#8221; kata Roy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2470 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1222018134522.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sesuai UU 20\/1982, peran Linmas ditingkatkan dalam bentuk satuan perlindungan masyarakat, sekaligus dikukuhkan sebagai komponen khusus pertahanan keamanan negara. Namun UU itu dicabut dan diganti UU 3\/2002, sehingga peran dan fungsi Linmas tak lagi secara tegas diatur dan bahkan seakan-akan hilang.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan kondisi itu kata Roy, tidak berarti mengurangi atau menghilangkan eksistensi, justru semakin ditumbuhkembangkan di tengah-tengah masyarakat, seperti kegiatan kemanusiaan dan membantu pengamanan jalannya pemilu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Linmas telah menunjukan peran aktifnya membantu kelancaran jalannya Pemilu, dengan menjadi petugas keamanan di TPS-TPS. Saya harap kedepan pemerintah daerah lebih memberi perhatian dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM Linmas,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hadir dalam acara tersebut Kasdim 0904\/TNG Mayor Arm Calvin, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Paser, Asisten Umum Setda Paser H Arief Rahman, Kepala Satpol PP Paser, Komandan Kompi A Subden 3 Pelopor, Ketua KPU Paser, Ketua Panwaslu dan Ketua Senkom Mitra Polri.
