{"id":3129,"date":"2018-07-17T14:56:55","date_gmt":"2018-07-17T14:56:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=3129"},"modified":"2018-07-17T14:56:55","modified_gmt":"2018-07-17T14:56:55","slug":"satpol-pp-paser-segel-tempat-hiburan-malam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2018\/07\/17\/satpol-pp-paser-segel-tempat-hiburan-malam\/","title":{"rendered":"Satpol PP Paser Segel Tempat Hiburan Malam"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROT &#8211; Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Paser menyegel tempat karaoke \u2018Keluarga Banting Setir Happy\u2019 yang berada di Jalan D.I Panjaitan, Desa Tapis, Kecamatan Tanah Grogot, Senin (16\/7\/18) malam.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum disegel, negoisasi yang dilakukan petugas satpol PP sempat berjalan alot, hingga membuat warga menggancam akan berbuat anarkis jika tempat hiburan itu tidak ditutup.<\/p>\n<p>Namun setelah negoisasi panjang, akhirnya disepakati tempat hiburan itu disegel dengan disaksikan warga dan kepala desa.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Satpol PP Paser Heriansyah Idris mengatakan tindakan penyegelan itu merupakan instruksi dari Bupati Nomor 300\/503\/Bina Kesra III perihal penutupan tempat karaoke \u2018Keluarga Banting Setir Happy\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenyegelan tempat karaoke itu instruksi Bupati, jadi kami lakukan,\u201d kata Heriansyah dihubungi di Tanah Grogot, Selasa (17\/7).<\/p>\n<p>Heriansyah mengatakan pertimbangan perintah menutup tempat karaoke itu, merupakan tindak lanjut dari beberapa rapat yang dilakukan instansi terkait seperti Kantor Kesbangpol, Dinas Perijinan dan Satpol PP.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Seksi Peyelidikan, Penyidikan dan Penindakan pada Satpol PP Paser Nur Alam mengatakan sesuai dengan tupoksi Satpol PP, pihaknya mencoba mengakomodir usulan warga yang tidak menginginkan keberadaan karaoke itu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKeresahan masyarakat, mereka menilai tidak layak tempat hiburan berdekatan dengan sekolah dan pemukiman,\u201d kata Nur Alam.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu kata Nur, dinilai bisa mengganggu kondusifitas warga, maka sudah sepatutnya Satpol PP mengambil tindakan.<\/p>\n<p>Dikonfirmasi, Kepala Desa Tapis Iwan Sanoba menjelaskan, tuntutan warga untuk penutupan tempat hiburan itu sudah terjadi sejak dua tahun lalu. \u201cIni tuntutan warga sudah lama, sejak dua tahun lalu,\u201d kata Iwan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya kata Iwan Pemerintahan Desa Tapis telah menampung aspirasi warga setempat terkait tuntutan itu dan telah menyampaikannya kepada Pemerintah Daerah.
