Ketika kami ambil alih manajemen pada 2016, saya kira saldo kosong, tapi ternyata ada hutang yang harus kami bayar. Namun itu kami anggap sebagai konsekuensi. Perlahan kami benahi sampai bisa seperti saat ini,\u201d papar Prasetyo.<\/p>\n<p>Meski hasilnya belum terlalu memuaskan, Prasetyo mengaku bisa memaklumi, karena kondisi perhotelan sangat dipengaruhi dengan kondisi perekonomian di suatu daerah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJika tren dua tahun terakhir bisa dipertahankan maka dalam beberapa tahun ke depan akan kelihatan hasil optimal yang bisa dicapai,\u201d kata Prasetyo optimistis.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Ale Mahrus dari manajemen Kyriad Sadurangas Hotel juga menjelaskan beberapa kondisi teknis di hotel, seperti daya listrik pada awalnya hanya mampu untuk mencover maksimal 20 kamar, sehingga pihaknya harus menyediakan genset.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ia juga menyinggung penampakan hotel yang tidak lagi kumuh, karena sebelumnya ada yang menyebut hotel tersebut dijalari semak belukar di sisi kiri, kanan, depan dan belakang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sudah melakukan pembersihan di sekeliling hotel, dan kini terlihat bersih,\u201d kata Ale.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait suara yang disebut mengganggu masyarakat sekitar, Ale memastikan kalau itu bukan berasal dari hotel yang dikelolanya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRuang karaoke dan ballroom itu menggunakan peredam suara. Di samping itu kami sudah mencoba beberapa kali mengetes suara keluar dengan menggunakan pengeras suara di semua bagian hotel, ternyata tidak ada suara yang keluar,\u201d pungkasnya.
