Sejauh mana sistem itu sudah terbangun dan berjalan dengan baik,\u201d kata Inspektur Kabupaten Paser, Dharni Hariyati di Tanah Grogot, Rabu (12\/6\/19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contoh sistem kerja yang sudah terbangun seperti adanya perjanjian kinerja, Standar Operasional Sistem (SOP) pada sebuah kegiatan atau pelayanan, rapat pembahasan capaian program, hingga laporan petugas terhadap pimpinannya beserta kendala yang dihadapi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMisalnya ada tidak SOP dalam bekerja, ada tidak pertemuan membahas progress program yang direncanakan secara berkala antara pimpinan dengan bawahan. Selain itu ada tidak staf menyampaikan laporan sendiri yang dicapainya beserta hambatan yang dihadapi,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJadi yang dievaluasi sistem kerja, misalnya di kami, Inspektorat mau audit 20 kali setahun. Apakah sudah tercapai? Jika tidak apa kendalanya?,\u201d tambahnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dari 32 OPD yang ada, 20 diantaranya sudah dievaluasi oleh Inspektorat dan ditargetkan pada akhir Juni 2019 kegiatan tersebut rampung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sejauh ini ada beberapa OPD telah membangun sistem kerja dengan baik diantaran Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diharap dengan evaluasi sistem kerja, dapat menjadi perbaikan terhadap sistem kerja yang sudah dilakukan guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan pelayanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPada akhirnya nanti pimpinan OPD punya sistem dan mekanisme dalam bekerja. Termasuk pemberian reward dan punishment di masing-masing OPD,\u201d pungkasnya.
