Seperti pelabuhan Tempayang dan pelabuhan Jangkar di Kuaro, serta pelabuhan eks BHP di Batu Engau,\u201d kata Ina Rosana, Jum\u2019at (14\/6\/19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelabuhan tersebut digunakan untuk proses bongkar buat barang seperti batubara dan batu. Untuk pelabuhan eks BHP di Batu Engau, masuk kategori terminal khusus untuk bongkar muat batubara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Ina, saat ini Pemkab Paser masih mengupayakan agar pengelolaan pelabuhan tersebut, bisa menjadi PAD yang pemasukannya cukup signifikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMasih kami upayakan memang aset pelabuhan di Tempayang, pelabuhan Jangkar dan eks BHP. Asetnya belum diserahkan dari (pemeritah) pusat,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk mendapatkan kepastian informasi pengelolaan pelabuhan itu kata dia, Pemkab Paser akan berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah pusat di Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOleh karena itu kami upayakan telusuri lagi ke kementerian. Kalau bisa diserahkan dan dikelola daerah, bekerja sama dengan pihak lain sehingga pendapatannya bisa masuk ke daerah,\u201d ucap Ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adapun terkait kondisi keuangan Kabupaten Paser menurut Ina, saat ini relatif baik dan tidak defisit, sebagaimana yang terjadi pada tahun 2017-2018. Sejauh ini Pemkab Paser masih bergantung pendapatannya dari Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPaser memang sangat bergantung pada DBH. Alhamdulilah, saat ini kondisi APBD kita membaik di angka Rp2,4 triliun. Memang pernah defisit tahun 2016 lalu,\u201d terangnya.
