{"id":4257,"date":"2019-10-29T00:30:59","date_gmt":"2019-10-29T00:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=4257"},"modified":"2019-10-29T00:40:02","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T00:40:02","slug":"wabup-paser-sampaikan-nota-keuangan-apbd-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/29\/wabup-paser-sampaikan-nota-keuangan-apbd-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Wabup Paser Sampaikan Nota Keuangan APBD 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SOROT &#8211; Wakil Bupati Paser H Kaharuddin,  menyampaikan nota keuangan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah ( APBD) tahun 2020, dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Paser  yang dipimpin Ketua Hendra Wahyudi, Senin (28\/10), di Tanah Grogot, Kalimantan Timur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sidang paripurna pertama DPRD Paser ini, dihadiri unsur Forkopimda, Sekda Paser Katsul Wijaya, jajaran anggota DPRD Paser, sejumlah pejabat di lingkungan Pemkab Paser serta tamu undangan dari berbagai unsur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wakil Bupati Kaharuddin saat menyampaikan pengantar nota keungan rencana APBD 2020  mengatakan, total pendapatan yang direncanakan sebesar Rp 2,378  Triliun lebih.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nilai tersebut, terdiri dari pendapatan asli daerah sebesar Rp 134,79  Miliar lebih, dana perimbangan sebesar Rp 1,396 Triliun lebih dan lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah sebesar Rp 847.552 Juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendapatan asli daerah sebesar Rp134,79 Miliar lebih berasal dari pajak daerah sebesar Rp 33 Miliar lebih dan retribusi daerah sebesar Rp 9,77 Miliar lebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kemudian dari hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan, khususnya yang bersumber dari bagian laba atas penyertaan modal pada Bank Kaltim berupa Deviden Bank Kaltim sebesar Rp 6,5 Miliar dan lain-lain Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang sah sebesar Rp 85,5 Miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk jumlah pendapatan yang bersumber dari dana perimbangan sebesar Rp 1,396 Triliyun lebih terdiri dari pendapatan dari bagi hasil pajak dan bukan pajak sebesar Rp 730,825 Miliar, dana alokasi umum sebesar Rp 430,753 Miliar dan dana alokasi khusus sebesar Rp 235,32 Miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sedangkan Lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah sebesar Rp 847,552 Miliar terdiri dari dana bagi hasil pajak dari provinsi sebesar Rp 268 Miliar lebih, pendapatan hibah sebesar Rp 37 Miliar lebih dan dana penyesuaian dan otonomi khusus sebesar Rp 173,277 Miliar lebih serta bantuan keuangan dari provinsi sebesar Rp 368 Miliar lebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wakil bupati juga mengatakan,  penerimaan pembiayaan daerah direncanakan sebesar Rp 175 Miliar rupiah. Besaran penerimaan pembiayaan ini merupakan proyeksi Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran Tahun sebelumnya yang diperkirakan sebesar Rp 175 Miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBerdasarkan uraian Pendapatan dan penerimaan netto sebagaimana telah saya kemukakan di atas, maka  kemampuan fiskal Pemerintah Daerah untuk membiayai belanja pada anggaran 2020 adalah sebesar Rp 2,542  Triliyun lebih,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total anggaran tersebut kata Kaharuddin, akan diarahkan untuk  membiayai  belanja tidak langsung sebesar  Rp 1 Trilyun lebih dan belanja langsung sebesar Rp 1.5 Trilyun lebih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selanjutnya Wabup Kaharuddin  berharap agar Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Paser dan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Paser dapat segera mengagendakan pembahasan Rancangan APBD ini,  sehingga persetujuan terhadap rancangan Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD Kabupaten Paser Tahun Anggaran 2020 menjadi Peraturan Daerah dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
