Menurutnya, kedua pasilitas tersebut adalah bangunan gedung dan mobil bus.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ada dua saat ini yang sangat diperlukan, pertama bagunan yang diperuntukkan untuk pelayanan terpadu, yang kedua bus untuk angkutan warga binaan yang mau dipindahkan,&#8221; kata Doni.<\/p>\n<p>Agar keinginan itu bisa tercapai, Doni mengaku sudah melakukan lobi, baik ke Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) maupun ke DPRD Paser.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya sudah menemui Bapak wakil Bupati waktu itu, beliau sangat merespon dan meminta segera membuat proposal pengajuan bantuan,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara saat Doni bertandang ke DPRD Paser, ia juga mengungkapkan keinginannya ketika perbincang dengan sejumlah anggota dewan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Waktu ketemu dewan juga merespon dengan baik rencana kami, terutama soal gedung layanan terpadu,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pertemuannya di DPRD Paser, anggota dewan bukan hanya merespon baik rencana pembangunan ruang terpadu tapi juga mendukung jika Rutan Tanah Grogot ditingkatkan menjadi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Para anggota dewan kita juga malah mendukung kami kalau bisa Rutan ini ditingkatkan menjadi Lapas,&#8221; sebutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dari hasil pertemuan dengan wakil Bupati dan sejumlah anggota DPRD, Doni mendapat gambaran, bantuan bangunan yang diusulkan bakal terealisasi pada Anggaran Perubahan tahun 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Insyaallah katanya usulan yang kami sampaikan akan diusahakan bisa masuk dianggaran berubahan tahun ini, ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait Ruang terpadu yang sangat mendesak untuk digunakan sebagai layanan, saat ini pihak Rutan terpaksa membuat bangunan sementara yang terletak dan menyatu pada bagian depan bangunan utama Rutan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu ada kita buat di depan ruangan sementara untuk layanan terpadu, ukurannya sekitar 3X6, sebenarnya itu kecil tapi diupayakan untuk bisa dimaksimalkan, sambil menunggu usulan kita terwujud,&#8221; harapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Jika bangunan sementara itu sudah jadi kata dia, maka dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan kenyamanan pada pengunjung, mengingat saat ini pengunjung masih dilayani diluar ruangan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sekarang ini kita masih layani diluar, tapi kalau ruangan sementara yang kita bangun itu sudah selesai maka ada kenyamanan dalam pelayanan,&#8221; pungkasnya.
