Tapi Pada level Kaltim kata Hendra disepakati akan mengedepankan koordinatif dan preventif.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, koordinatif itu artinya manakala satgas itu sudah terbentuk dari berbagai unsur, sehingga apabila ada pakta temuan hukum terkait pungli maka akan diserahkan pada instansi yang bersangkutan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Contoh ketemu pungli di pemda, kita akan serahkan pakta hukum itu ke pemda, misalnya, bahwa hari ini terkait kepengurusan KTP atau Kartu Keluarga ditemukan pungli, laporan ini diserahkan untuk ditindak lanjuti oleh Inspektorat,&#8221; kata Hendra.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah pertama kata Hendra hanya mengingatkan dulu, dan ini peringatan pertama dan terakhir.
