Kunjungan kami diterima langsung Kepala Subdirektorat Tatanan Bandar Udara Kemenhub, Sigit Widodo,\u201d kata Inayatullah, Senin (31\/05\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini Kemenhub, kata Inayatullah, sedang membuat rekomendasi teknis atas permohonan hibah dari Bupati Paser sebagaimana tertuang dalam Surat Bupati Paser Nomor: 553\/177\/LU-DISHUB tertanggal 16 Maret 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Surat Bupati Paser tersebut terkait Permohonan Penandatanganan Bersama Naskah Perjanjian Hibah Daerah (NPHD) dan Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) Bandar Udara Kabupaten Paser.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetelah rekomendasi teknis dikeluarkan, permohonan itu untuk selanjutnya akan diproses Bagian Keuangan Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara,\u201d ujar Inayatullah.<\/p>\n<p>Inayatullah mengemukakan rekomendasi teknis dari Direktorat Bandar Udara Kemenhub bertujuan untuk memberikan penilaian kepada aset bandar udara dimaksud secara teknis dengan memperhatikan beberapa faktor.<\/p>\n<p>Diantaranya, aset bandar udara yang akan diterima telah tercantum di dalam Rencana Induk Nasional Pembangunan Bandar Udara pada Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KM 166 Tahun 2019 tentang Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemudian, secara teknis masih layak untuk dibangun kembali, dan estimasi biaya pembangunan kembali,\u201d kata Inayatullah.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam mengeluarkan rekomendasi teknis, tambah Inayatullah, Direktorat Bandar Udara Kemenhub juga akan memperhatikan gambaran potensi yang ada di Kabupaten Paser, baik yang dapat digali maupun yang telah dikembangkan dari sisi sumber daya alam, perdagangan dan pariwisata serta jalur logistik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFokus identitas dari bandar udara tersebut berperan sebagai bandar udara pengumpan (spoke) bagi 3 bandar udara besar terdekat yaitu Bandar Udara Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan, Bandar Udara Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda dan Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal lain yang akan menjadi pertimbangan Kemenhub dalam memberikan rekomendasi teknis, lanjut Inayatullah, yakni dengan adanya pembangunan bandara maka akan menjadi masyarakat setempat akan beralih moda transportasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDirencanakan Bandara Paser akan melayani beberapa kabupaten yaitu Kabupaten Paser, Kabupaten Tabalong dan sebagian Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Dan melayani 2 perusahaan pertambangan terbesar di Indonesia yaitu PT. Kideco di Kabupaten Paser dan PT. Adaro di Kabupaten Tabalong,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan adanya pembangunan bandara di Paser, Kemenhub juga akan melihat aspek penetapan smart city dari Bappenas untuk Kabupaten Paser mengingat lokasinya akan menjadi penopang Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) baru.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami juga disarankan agar berkoordinasi ke Bappenas terkait koridor rencana pengembangan (roadmap) transportasi IKN,\u201d pungkas Inayatullah.
