Amiruddin, kembali menggelar sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Provinsi Kaltim Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 tentang pajak daerah, Sabtu (24\/07\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Aula kantor Desa Rantau Panjang, Kecamatan Tanah Grogot, Kabupaten Paser, dihadiri anggota DPRD Paser Daerah Pemilihan 1, Basri Mansyur, dan Kepala Desa Rantau Panjang, Sabri.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun dua narasumber sebagai pembicara adalah M. Faisal dari Kantor Dagang Indonesia (Kadin) dan Ropi&#8217;i Kasi Media Publik Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Statistik Persandian Paser.<\/p>\n<p>M. Faisal menuturkan pajak dan retribusi daerah merupakan komponen dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang memberikan kontribusi besar bagi PAD.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya masyarakat merupakan salah satu faktor penentu peningkatan peningkatan PAD dari sektor pajak kendaraan bermotor.<\/p>\n<p>Tambah dia, banyak diantara masyarakat yang mengabaikan pentingnya membayar pajak. Sehingga perlu sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pemangku kepentingan yang terkait.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi Kaltim dari pajak daerah cukup signifikan yakni mencapai 78 persen. Sementara pajak daerah menyumbang 39 persen dalam postur APBD Provinsi Kaltim.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi hasil pajak kendaraan bermotor dari Provinsi Kaltim kepada Kabupaten Paser pada tahun 2020 mencapai Rp166 Miliar. Angka tersebut kata dia pada tahun 2021 ini diperkirakan akan meningkat hingga Rp200 Miliar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenerimaan bagi hasil pajak ini bisa lebih besar jika masyarakat memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi untuk membayar pajak. Maka dari itu mari kita membayar pajak untuk pembangunan Paser,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Kasi Media Publik Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Statistik Persandian Paser Ropi\u2019i mengatakan Perda Provinsi Kaltim Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 ini merupakan perubahan kedua atas Perda nomor 1 tahun 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Perubahan Perda terjadi karena usia Perda sudah cukup lama, sehingga harus menyesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada saat ini. Belum lagi saat nilai inflasi berbeda dibanding saat Perda sebelumnya dibuat.<\/p>\n<p>Ropi\u2019i menambahkan latar belakang perubahan Perda bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan daerah dari sektor pajak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebab Pendapatan dari sektor pajak ini kontribusinya cukup besar terhadap APBD Provinsi Kaltim, mencapai hingga 40 persen,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemakin banyak pajak, semakin banyak pendapatan untuk pembangunan. Pajak untuk membangun memang tidak langsung terlihat hasilnya. Nanti digunakan untuk bangun jalan, bangun sekolah m, membayar layanan kesehatan BPJS,,\u201d pungkasnya.
