{"id":6232,"date":"2021-08-05T12:29:39","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T04:29:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=6232"},"modified":"2021-08-07T12:40:24","modified_gmt":"2021-08-07T04:40:24","slug":"sebanyak-90-052-bidang-tanah-di-paser-telah-bersertifikat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/05\/sebanyak-90-052-bidang-tanah-di-paser-telah-bersertifikat\/","title":{"rendered":"Sebanyak 90.052 Bidang Tanah di Paser Telah Bersertifikat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROTONLINE.COM \u2013 Kepala Badan Pertanahan (BPN) Kabupaten Paser mengatakan hingga tahun 2021 sebanyak 90.052 bidang tanah telah bersertifikat.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, Kabupaten Paser memiliki luas wilayah 11.603, 94 km\u00b2, dimana dari 173.584 bidang tanah yang ada, sudah 90.052 bidang tanah yang telah bersertifikat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c90.052 atau 51 persen yang telah bersertifikat, masih ada 42 persen yang belum,\u201d kata Zubaidi dalam sambutannya saat penyerahan sertifikat tanah di Kecamatan Long Kali, Kamis (05\/08\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Zubaidi menerangkan saat ini Badan Pertanahan Nasional gencar melakukan pengukuran dan pendaftaran tanah melalui program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) yang ditargetkan rampung pada 2030.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPada tahun 2021 BPN Paser menargetkan 6.500 peta bidang tanah dengan jumlah sertifikat sebanyak 4.345 dokumen tersebar di 10 kecamatan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>PTSL menurut Zubaidi merupakan kegiatan pendaftaran tanah untuk pertama kali secara serentak meliputi semua objek tanah baik perorangan, tanah negara, atau tanah perusahaan dan badan hukum. Tujuannya mengadministrasikan tanah-tanah, mengurangi sengketa tanah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSehingga tidak terjadi lagi nanti sengketa tanah baik perorangan, tanah milik perusahaan, dan tanah pemerintah. Baik sengketa kepemilikan maupun sengketa batas.<\/p>\n<p>Zubaidi menilai jika program PTSL ini berhasil, artinya seluruh tanah di desa akan bersertifikat dan tidak akan ada lagi persoalan tanah di kemudian hari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKarena Pemerintah berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pendaftaran tanah di seluruh indonesia dalam rangka menjamin kepastian hukum. UUD 1945 mengamatkan bumi, air, dan kekayaan alam yang terkandung di dalamnya, dikuasai negara dan digunakan untuk kemakmuran rakyat,\u201d ujar Zubaidi.
