{"id":6235,"date":"2021-08-05T12:42:09","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T04:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=6235"},"modified":"2021-08-07T12:51:56","modified_gmt":"2021-08-07T04:51:56","slug":"bkad-paser-tertibkan-aset-daerah-senilai-rp93-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/05\/bkad-paser-tertibkan-aset-daerah-senilai-rp93-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"BKAD Paser Tertibkan Aset Daerah Senilai Rp9,3 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROTONLINE.COM \u2013 Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kabupaten Paser setiap tahunnya menertibkan aset daerah berupa bangunan fisik, benda bergerak dan benda tidak bergerak, serta tanah senilai Rp9,3 Triliun.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetiap tahun kami mengurus aset daerah dengan nilai Rp9,3 Triliun, yang angkanya bisa fluktuatif (berubah-ubah),\u201d kata Kepala BKAD Paser Abdul Kadir usai menghadiri penyerahan sertifikat oleh Bupati Paser kepada masyarakat Long Kali, Kamis (05\/08\/2021).<\/p>\n<p>Untuk aset tanah, kata Kadir, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah meminta kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Paser untuk menyelesaikan proses legalitas terhadap lebih kurang 1.000 bidang tanah milik pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPesan KPK, target dari separuh 1000 bidang tanah, sudah harus kita selesaikan tahun ini,\u201d ujar Kadir.<\/p>\n<p>Kadir menerangkan dari 1.000 aset tanah milik Pemkab Paser, saat ini sudah 200 bidang tanah yang telah bersertifikat.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini BKAD Paser sedang melengkapi berkas dan dokumen sertifikasi tanah misalnya tanah yang sudah dibangun gedung pemerintah, dan tanah kosong yang sudah dibebaskan namun belum bersertifikat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInsya Allah taregt sertifikasi 500 bidang tanah milik Pemda bisa kami selesaikan,\u201d ungkap Kadir.<\/p>\n<p>Kadir mengakui menemukan kendala dalam proses sertifikasi seperti tidak ditemukannya dokumen pendukung aset tanah dikarenakan dokumen itu sudah cukup lama seperti aset tahun \u201980-an yang belum disertifikasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAda yang tanah tahun 80\u2019an yang diurus. Misal ada masalah saat pembelian dulu, ada dokumen tercecer, perubahan sistem administrasi, dan pergantian pejabat, itu yang agak susah,\u201d ungkap Kadir.<\/p>\n<p>Kadir memastikan Pemkab Paser telah menyelesaikan persoalan aset tanah yang menjadi prioritas seperti tanah di perkantoran Bupati, perkantoran perangkat daerah, tanah pasar, hingga tanah yang akan dijadikan pembangunan bandara yang anggaran pembangunannya melalui APBN.
