{"id":7189,"date":"2022-09-13T20:23:41","date_gmt":"2022-09-13T12:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=7189"},"modified":"2022-09-13T20:23:41","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T12:23:41","slug":"dampak-kenaikan-bbm-pemkab-paser-kaji-rencana-pemberian-bantuan-sosial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/13\/dampak-kenaikan-bbm-pemkab-paser-kaji-rencana-pemberian-bantuan-sosial\/","title":{"rendered":"Dampak Kenaikan BBM, Pemkab Paser Kaji Rencana Pemberian Bantuan Sosial"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROTONLINE.COM &#8211; Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab Paser) Kalimantan Timur menggelar rapat khusus yang dipimpin Sekda Paser Katsul Wijaya, pada Senin (12\/09\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan yang digelar di ruang rapat Sekda tersebut guna mengkaji terkait instruksi Pemerintah Pusat untuk memberikan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat kurang mampu akibat kenaikan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM).<\/p>\n<p>Rapat tersebut dihadiri sejumlah pejabat Pemkab Paser, diantaranya Asisten Administrasi Umum Murhariyanto, Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra Romif Erwinandi, Asisten Ekonomi dan Pembanguan Adi Maulana.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu juga hadir Kepala Bappedalitbang M Isnaini, Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Nur Asni , Kepala Inspektorat Dharni Haryati, Kadis Pendapatan Daerah Abdul Basit serta sejumlah perwakilan dinas terkait.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan itu, Sekda Katsul Wijaya mengatakan, berdasarkan peraturan menteri yang baru keluar, daerah diminta untuk mengalokasikan dua persen dari DBH dan DAU untuk bantuan sosial bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hal tersebut sebagai salah satu cara untuk pengendalian inflasi imbas kenaikan BBM. Pemkab Paser dengan segera mungkin melakukan penyesuaian-penyesuaian,&#8221; kata Sekda Katsul Wijaya.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) mampu melihat sumber-sumber lain yang bisa didorong dan maksimalkan untuk digunakan membantu masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan alokasi dua persen dari DTU tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSesuai edaran PMK Nomor 134\/PMK.07\/2022, ini merinci 3 komponen pembiayaan melalui belanja wajib perlindungan sosial sebagai pemberian bantuan sosial kepada ojek, UMKM dan nelayan, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan pemberian subsidi sektor transportasi angkutan umum di daerah,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, berdasarkan rincian anggaran ada dana yang bisa disalurkan Pemkab Paser, hanya saja dalam penyaluranya sesuai komponennya dan penyaluranya akan dilakukan masing-masing OPD sesuai yang diprogramkan pemerintan pusat.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu kata Sekda, Pemda juga diminta untuk melindungi daya beli masyarakat sehingga Kementerian Dalam Negeri menerbitkan aturan, dan Kementerian Keuangan juga menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan yang mengatur hal tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pemerintah RI menyiapkan skema Bantuan Sosial setelah kenaikan harga BBM atau Bahan Bakar Minyak hingga ke tingkat pemerintah daerah,&#8221; pungkasnya.
