{"id":7752,"date":"2023-09-10T14:39:36","date_gmt":"2023-09-10T06:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=7752"},"modified":"2023-10-11T20:18:52","modified_gmt":"2023-10-11T12:18:52","slug":"belum-ada-penyelesaian-masyarakat-di-paser-minta-proses-percepatan-sertifikat-lahan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/10\/belum-ada-penyelesaian-masyarakat-di-paser-minta-proses-percepatan-sertifikat-lahan\/","title":{"rendered":"Belum Ada Penyelesaian, Masyarakat di Paser Minta Proses Percepatan Sertifikat Lahan"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROTONLINE.COM &#8211; persoalan sertifikat lahan bagi warga Desa Suliliran SP 1 dan SP 2 Kecamatan Pasir Belengkong, Kabupaten Paser, Kaltim belum terselesaikan.<\/p>\n<p>Akibatnya masyarakat meminta agar dilakukannya proses percepatan sertifikat lahan, permintaan tersebut sudah dilakukan sejak lama.<\/p>\n<p>Wakil Ketua DPRD Paser Abdullah, Minggu (10\/9\/2023) mengatakan, sejak 2021 hingga tahun ini DPRD Paser telah melakukan hearing guna membahas persoalan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kemarin sudah disampaikan oleh komisi 1, rekomendasi untuk percepatan penyelesaian masalahnya, kami melihat persoalan itu sebenarnya tidak terlalu rumit hanya mencukupi tanah 18 hektar saja,&#8221; kata Abdullah.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan, lahan tersebut tidak memiliki peta lahan yang menjadi tuntutan dari masyarakat Desa Suliliran SP 1 dan SP 2.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bagaimana masyarakat mau menentukan batas patok tanahnya kalau peta lahannya tidak ada peta, kami tanya BPN, dinas transmigrasi, kades, maupun camat semuanya tak memiliki peta,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah menilai, persoalan tersebut cukup membingungkan lantaran tidak adanya peta lahan yang dimiliki.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, pola-pola skala nasional transmigrasi asalnya dari peta lahan terlebih dahulu kemudian dikoordinasikan ke tingkat desa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mengenai pernyataan tanah wilayah, sudah tidak ada lagi persoalan dan clear diserahkan sepenuhnya,&#8221; beber Abdullah.<\/p>\n<p>Persoalan tersebut ada pada Dinas Transmigrasi, sehingga DPRD Paser memberi kesempatan bagi pihak terkait untuk melakukan koordinasi terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n<p>Baik itu koordinasi dengan masyarakat, pemerintah daerah, hingga camat untuk mencari titik terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Masa tidak bisa dapat 18 hektar, sementara masih banyak tanah yang kosong, cuman masyarakat tidak berani mematok langsung jika tidak ada kejelasan hukum,&#8221; ulasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Terlebih, Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Paser tidak berani mengeluarkan sertifikat jika persoalan tidak selesai.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;BPN tinggal menunggu, memang yang bermasalah itu di SP 1 dan SP 2. Itu yang akan diselesaikan oleh transmigrasi,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Disnakertrans Paser diberi tenggak waktu 1-2 minggu untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut, setelah itu jika tidak ada penyelesaian maka DPRD Paser akan berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Transmigrasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau tidak ada penyelesaian di Kementerian Transmigrasi, kami akan mengawal dengan melaporkan ke Polda Kaltim atas permintaan dari masyarakat, kita tempuh jalur hukum karena masalah ini sudah lama, kasihan juga masyarakat kita,&#8221; tutup Abdullah.
