Hasil produksi perikanan tangkap di Paser terbilang tinggi, namun pengelolaannya selama ini belum optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Selain perikanan, Pemkab Paser juga didorong untuk memperkuat basis data potensi ekonomi desa dan memperluas digitalisasi UMKM. Upaya peningkatan nilai tambah sektor primer melalui hilirisasi juga dianggap sebagai fondasi kuat untuk pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Pertumbuhan PAD Paser yang dianggap cenderung konservatif dan kurang inovasi juga menjadi perhatian. Terlebih, peran Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang seharusnya dapat berkontribusi besar dalam menyumbang PAD, dinilai masih belum maksimal.<\/p>\n<p>DPRD Paser mendorong adanya transformadi fiskal yang mencakup ekstensifikasi dan intensifikasi pajak dan retribusi daerah, digitalisasi sistem perpajakan, serta tata kelola BUMD yang lebih profesional dan akuntabel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Langkah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal Kabupaten Paser di masa depan,&#8221; tandasnya.
