Secara garis besar, aturan ini akan mencakup penanganan berbagai isu, mulai dari orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ), pengemis, hingga anak-anak yang sering meminta-minta di jalanan dan berpotensi mengganggu lalu lintas.<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\n\u200bKasri menjelaskan, penanganan masalah ini nantinya akan melibatkan sinergi dari berbagai pihak. Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) akan bertugas melakukan penertiban di lapangan. Setelah itu, Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) akan mengambil alih untuk memberikan pembinaan lebih lanjut. Selain itu, UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) juga akan terlibat.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u201cSetelah ditertibkan oleh Satpol PP, Dinsos akan menindaklanjuti dengan pembinaan,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bDengan adanya Raperda ini, DPRD Paser berharap implementasinya tidak hanya sebatas aturan di atas kertas, tetapi benar-benar bisa diterapkan secara efektif untuk menyelesaikan persoalan di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b&#8221;Kami berharap Perda ini tidak hanya menjadi aturan, tapi bisa diimplementasikan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan di lapangan,&#8221; pungkasnya.
