{"id":8572,"date":"2025-10-08T14:43:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T06:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/?p=8572"},"modified":"2025-10-08T14:43:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-08T06:43:19","slug":"dprd-paser-bahas-16-usulan-raperda-untuk-propemperda-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sorotonline.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/08\/dprd-paser-bahas-16-usulan-raperda-untuk-propemperda-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"DPRD Paser Bahas 16 Usulan Raperda untuk Propemperda 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"e1b71bc86dfe0875bc02ac8c36a389fd\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ncrossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\nstyle=\"display:block; text-align:center;\"\r\ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\r\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"\r\ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2660288402366436\"\r\ndata-ad-slot=\"5238003019\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>SOROTONLINE.COM \u2013 DPRD Paser melalui Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) menggelar rapat koordinasi bersama Bagian Hukum Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Paser pada akhir September 2025 lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Rapat itu menjadi langkah awal dalam menyusun\u00a0Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Propemperda) Tahun 2025, yang akan menjadi panduan utama penyusunan regulasi daerah di tahun mendatang.<\/p>\n<p>Agenda tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari Keputusan Pimpinan DPRD Paser Nomor 10 Tahun 2025 tentang jadwal kegiatan bulan September.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Bapemperda dan Bagian Hukum Setda membahas total\u00a016 usulan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda), terdiri dari 11 usulan dari pemerintah daerah dan 5 inisiatif DPRD.<\/p>\n<p>Lima Raperda usulan DPRD meliputi isu-isu strategis dan menyentuh langsung kebutuhan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Diantaranya, Raperda tentang Fasilitasi Pondok Pesantren, Raperda tentang Pengendalian dan Pengawasan Minuman Beralkohol, Raperda tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Terpadu, Raperda tentang Kepemudaan, dan Raperda tentang Hiburan Malam.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara, 11 Raperda dari pemerintah daerah akan dibahas lebih lanjut bersama Sekretaris Daerah dalam rapat lanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Anggota Bapemperda, Abdul Azis, menekankan bahwa tidak semua usulan akan otomatis masuk dalam pembahasan Propemperda.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, efisiensi anggaran menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam menentukan skala prioritas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Melihat pengalaman sebelumnya, keterbatasan anggaran bisa membatasi ruang pembahasan. Maka, kita akan selektif memilih Raperda yang benar-benar prioritas, baik dari eksekutif maupun legislatif,&#8221; ujar Azis, Rabu (8\/10\/25).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan bahwa walaupun semua usulan dinilai penting, DPRD ingin memastikan proses legislasi tetap realistis dan efektif sesuai kapasitas anggaran yang tersedia.<\/p>\n<p>Dari pihak pemerintah, perwakilan Bagian Hukum Setda Paser menyatakan dukungan penuh terhadap penyusunan Propemperda 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Pemerintah daerah berkomitmen untuk bersinergi dengan DPRD demi melahirkan regulasi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan pembangunan daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan langkah awal ini, DPRD Paser berharap Propemperda 2025 dapat disusun secara matang, fokus pada kebutuhan riil masyarakat, dan tetap mengedepankan efisiensi dalam pembahasan.
