Sidang juga dihadiri Wakil Bupati Paser Ihwan Antasari, unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda), Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Paser, kepala perangkat daerah, pimpinan instansi vertikal, serta tamu undangan lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam penyampaiannya, Wakil Bupati Ihwan Antasari menjelaskan bahwa perubahan atas Perda Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi dari Kementerian Keuangan dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Penyesuaian diharapkan mampu menyempurnakan regulasi terkait pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah agar selaras dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah mendengarkan penjelasan pemerintah daerah, pimpinan rapat memberikan kesempatan kepada masing-masing fraksi untuk menyampaikan pandangan umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB), Fraksi Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar), Fraksi Demokrat, dan Fraksi Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem) menyampaikan pandangan serta masukan terhadap raperda yang diajukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secara keseluruhan, keempat fraksi menyatakan menerima dan menyetujui Raperda tentang Perubahan atas Perda Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 untuk dibahas lebih lanjut sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku di DPRD Kabupaten Paser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menanggapi pandangan umum tersebut, Wakil Bupati Ihwan Antasari menyampaikan jawaban dan penjelasan atas berbagai masukan yang disampaikan fraksi-fraksi DPRD sebagai bagian dari proses penyempurnaan substansi raperda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketua DPRD Paser, Hendra Wahyudi menegaskan, tahapan selanjutnya adalah pembahasan secara lebih mendalam oleh Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD bersama pemerintah daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pembahasan itu bertujuan menyempurnakan materi muatan raperda sebelum memasuki tahapan pengesahan menjadi peraturan daerah,&#8221; kata Hendra Wahyudi.
